When you sold tickets or enabled people to donate to your organization, everything in regards to the payments to your account are located in the "Payments" section.
Note, if you want to specifically refund a specific ticket or a payment, you will navigate to the Manage Payments section and the column "Actions" allows you to update the dates, add notes or event "Refund" the total amount back to the specific person. Expect the transfer to happen within 24 hours.
