Not receiving any messages, emails or notifications?

If you don't receive any messages or notifications from GivePulse, the following are possible situations: 

  • You accidentally marked 1 or a few of our notifications as Spam and our email services immediately suppresses all emails to go to you moving forward. 
  • Your email service has self determined certain emails and notifications as spam. We've identified a few domain registrars (web.com, register.com, and network solutions) as having sensitive and outdated email algorithms that may suppress many emails.
  • You accidentally unsubscribed or opted out of all notifications. 
  • You signed up with an incorrect email.
