There are instances in which you might be logged out from your account because of another active session, or it may appear that the system will not allow you to login.
You might even see a message like "Hmmm… Someone has logged in to your account from another browser."
In these situations, we'd recommend you trying to log in again. When you see this error or message show up it's primarily for security:
- Either you never logged off from another computer or browser.
- Someone is on your account and we have logged all sessions related to your account out.
- You are potentially using a public computer, and to protect you, we logged you out.
To login, we recommend you to just log back in. If you still see this issue, please contact our support team on the bottom right.
