Notification Center -
If you have admin roles for any group, you can update how often you receive key admin updates from your groups. First, navigate to the notification center from your Dashboard -> User Account settings -> Notifications. For more information on Notification center see our dedicated support article linked here.
Manage User Page Enhancements
We have made several enhancements to help our users extract data from the Manage User’s page. We added additional conditions to filter User Impacts, made filters stick to easily sort or filter multiple columns, and added the "Export Current User View" Button under Action Button. This button exports the data based on the configured layout with the current filtered view. For more information on Manage User Page Enhancements see our dedicated support article linked here.
Impact Imports -
Our new feature allows you to import impacts from other systems or spreadsheets easily. Navigate to it from the Actions button of your Manage Impacts page.
Clone vs Template tags -
If you are a higher education platinum level subscriber, you can create event templates and clone event templates.
We have added "Clone" and "Template" labels in the Event I Manage section.
You will also see the "Clone" and "Template" labels direction from the Events I Manage section of My Membership on your Dashboard home screen.
Resend Post Impact Survey -
GivePulse automatically sends a Post Impact Survey email notification to users who attended an event or created an impact. In the case that volunteers/participants do not fill out the Post Impact Survey, you can now select "Request Impact Details" under the Action drop-down of Manage Impacts to increase the response rate. This will resend an email notification to the user, prompting them to update their Impact details.
Single Sign-On (SSO) -
Anyone can log into GivePulse using their credentials from their SSO provider.
Semester Report for Faculty -
For those who have Academia turned on, admins can now download a Course Summary Report for their courses by going to that course, navigating to manage users, and in the actions dropdown, select the "Course Summary Report."
Exporting all active students in semester or term -
For those who have Academia turned on, instead of exporting a roster per class, we built the "Export Rosters" function within Manage Classes to let admins easily export all rosters of active students and faculty.
