When someone buys a ticket, you are able to refund the ticket up until 60 days after the end of the event. e.g., if the event ends on Jan 1st (60 days after this), let's say March 1st, is the last day you can do refunds.
Tickets can be refunded in full from the Payments section within the ticketed event dashboard using the Actions column. This option is only available for users paying via Stripe.
