Linked Survey: We now have a new option in our form builder called Linked Survey. This new form allows admins to assess the responses of one set of surveyees while asking this set of surveyees to direct another individual to fill out a separate, Linked Survey. For example, if your membership application is typically filled out by minors and their parents need to fill out parent agreement forms, you can have the minor input their parent's email in the membership application and their parents will be notified to fill out the parent agreement forms. Manage Applications: You can now manage all of the Internship Applications you oversee from the top navigation bar under Manage > Manage Applications.
This view shows all of the Internship Applications submitted to groups you manage or Internship Applications submitted to you as an approver of an affiliate's application. To learn more about our Internships feature, click here.
Participant Export: For our higher ed institutions, there is now a new column under manage classes called "Participants." This represents the number of unique individuals who contributed at least one impact to the class or shared at least one impact to the class.
Event Submission Template: For our gold level and above subscribers, we have improved our template event in the Event Submission customization. Now, when users submit an event to your organization, the default time that populates is the same time as the "Template Event" used to set up the Event Submission process. This is a nifty tool for taking event submissions for a day of service in your local community.
Shared with column: If you have affiliates or subgroups, there is a section called "Share Impacts" within the Impact Setting of any volunteer event. This means impacts recorded to this event is automatically shared with the group inputted in this field.
We now expose an additional column in Manage Events called "Shared impacts with" so admins can quickly see this setting by events.
