As the admin of your nonprofit, you are able to run reports on your matches.
Finding your reports:
First, log in to the account associated with your admin status for the nonprofit and click "Manage," then select the name of your nonprofit to navigate to the group management dashboard.
Next, click "Matches" from the left hand menu and choose "Volunteer Matches" to see matches for hours volunteered or "Gift Matches" to see matches for money donated.
On this page, you can see what stage of the approval process the matches are at (Pending — Waiting for NPO means that the nonprofit admin needs to answer verification questions; Pending — Submitted means that the NPO has answered the verification questions; Eligible (or Not Eligible) means that the match has gone through the approval process and has been deemed either eligible or not accordingly).
You can also click on the Match ID to get detailed information about the match:
Downloading and viewing your reports:
From this page, you are able to click the blue "Actions" button and click "Export" to download a report that includes information such as the Match ID, the match amount, the individual who approved the match, date requested and approved, etc.
