Multiple Supervisors for Internships - You can now add up to three supervisors for your internships. We have also updated this setting so that any member of your group can be added as a supervisor. Previously we only allowed admins of groups to be supervisors. Note that you can add the same supervisor twice.
All of the supervisors will be displayed on the public view of the internship so participants can access their Supervisors easily.
Duplicate Surveys - You can now make copies of custom fields when you duplicate surveys. From your Group's admin dashboard, access surveys from Surveys > Manage Surveys. You can use the Actions dropdown on the far right to Duplicate a survey. Our previous Duplicate survey functionality automatically inserted the existing custom fields to be reused on the new survey.
We have introduced a modal pop up that gives you the option to create copies of the existing fields, which is preferable if you would like to leverage the existing field but also make modifications to the existing custom field.
Manual Registration of users to all recurrences of a particular shift - If you run programs that are consistent across the year, your coordination efforts can be streamlined by using our Recurring Event with Shift functionality. Further, if you know these opportunities should be registered by the same individual, we have a registration option for making sure registrants register to all of the recurrences available for that particular shift. This is a setting within the event creation under Registration Settings > Registrant > Registration Options > "Users must register to all dates/recurrences".
Group Reservation Group Name - If a user is registered by a group lead through group reservation, the group reservation name will now show up on the Sign-In page under "Group Name." You can also use the Search function boxed below to search for a Group Reservation Name to more easily find registrants. To learn more about Group Reservations, refer to our article here. Mobile - Group Reservations - If an admin creates a group reservation to an event, we now allow walk-ins to claim a reservation and clock in/out or sign in. This will associate the walk-in registrant to the group reservation, create a registration record, and create an impact for them.
There are two ways to do this. From either sign in or clock in/out, navigate to a specific event. In our example below our event name is "Event Test: Claim group reservation.
1. Swiping on an unknown reservation
2. Going to the more options button and then selecting Add People
.
Both of these actions will take you to the Add People screen which now includes a selection for Group Reservations if there are any.
