Publicly displayed leaderboard pages serve as a powerful engagement tool by providing a transparent and motivating platform for volunteers. By making individual and group contributions visible to the community, these pages create a sense of accomplishment and encourage participants to strive for excellence. Volunteers can see their progress, track their impact, and find inspiration from others. Organizations can customize leaderboards to highlight specific metrics, such as hours served, funds raised, or events attended, ensuring a recognition experience that aligns with their mission and objectives.
