When managing your group, you will have the ability to obtain a comprehensive overview of the activity of all your users. The Manage Users page contains columns that allow you to determine the number of service hours a user has completed and the duration for which they are registered to serve.
Below are the column names relevant to finding this information, along with their descriptions:
- GivePulse Hours: Refers to all hours completed by the user throughout the entire GivePulse Platform, not just the group you are looking under.
- Total Hours: Shows all hours completed within a network (parent group, subgroups). This includes all impact hours regardless of whether they have been verified, pending, or disputed.
- Total Disputed Hours: Refers to the total amount of disputed hours that have been shared or completed by the user within a network (parent group, subgroups).
- Total Hours Registered: Refers to the total amount of hours, including future hours that a user has registered for that have been shared or completed by the user within a network (parent group, subgroups).
- Total Unverified Hours: Refers to the total amount of hours that have been shared or completed by the user but are pending or waiting to be verified within a network (parent group, subgroups).
- Total Verified Hours: Refers to the total amount of verified hours that a user has shared within a network (parent group, subgroups).
- Total Network Verified Hours: Refers to the total amount of network verified hours.
- Group Hours: Refers to the total amount of hours that have been shared or completed by the user with a specific group.
- Group Disputed Hours: Refers to the total amount of disputed hours that have been shared or completed by the user with a specific group.
- Group Hours Registered: Refers to the total amount of hours- including future hours that a user has registered for that have been shared or completed by the user with a specific group.
- Group Unverified Hours: Refers to the total amount of hours that have been shared or completed by the user but are pending or waiting to be verified with a specific group.
To view this information, you may need to configure your layout settings. To do so, navigate to the Configure Layout option, select the column names you wish to add or hide, scroll down, and click apply.
