• Search for the Organization: Double check to make sure the organization you worked with doesn't already exist on the platform. You can use the explore feature to search for groups.
• Inform your Verifier: Once your impact is submitted, the verifier listed will receive an email asking them to verify the information in the impact. If the email is not appearing in their inbox, encourage them to check the spam/junk folder.
