GivePulse enables you to customize and modify your group(s). The "Customize" section from your group dashboard menu serves as a centralized menu to update settings, add new fields, and modify the interface, and requirements.
Navigate to the Dashboard Menu and select "Customize". There, you will find a range of items available for modification.
Customize Settings Defined:
Look & Feel: This allows you to update and configure many of the elements that appear on your group page. To update logos, descriptions, causes, skills and who the admins are, this is located in the "Edit Group Settings".
Users: This lets you set up membership requirements, an application for people to apply to be a member of your group, or even a way to add administrative fields unique about your Users.
Impacts: Lets you set up unique settings on how impacts are used, defining what needs to be collected when making an impact, and if there are network requirements when an impact is created.
Events: Lets you define if you want people to submit events to your portal, or even a way to add additional fields unique to Events you may want to collect for all events.
Subgroups: Lets you define if you want administrators of groups/activity directors to submit groups into your network/portal, or even a way to add additional fields unique to all subgroups in your network.
Affiliations: Lets you define if you want a community partner (affiliate) to apply and request a partnership with you in your network/portal, or even a way to add additional fields unique to all affiliations in your network.
Points: Lets you turn points on and define what it equates to in the system. You can boost involvement by assigning a point value to different events or activities within your group.
Users can earn points based on what they attend, and for how long.
Whitelabel: A way to change the look and feel of the whole experience, from the emails, the mobile and desktop look and feel of your platform.
Email Templates: Only for Platinum users, a way to modify all emails from GivePulse.
