If an impact was logged towards the incorrect group/event, you can move impacts to the correct group/event using the Move Impact workflow.

How to Move an Impact: User Perspective

- In your User Dashboard, click the impact you wish to move.
- Click Actions and select Move in the dropdown menu.
- In the pop-up modal, use the dropdown menu or type in the name of the group/event you wish to move the impact to.
- Once you have selected where you wish to move the impact, click Complete Selection.
- After indicating the group/event to move the impact to, click Next to review all of the information in the impact. Click Add Impact at the end to finish moving the impact.
How to Move an Impact: Administrator Perspective
Admins can follow the same steps as mentioned above to move an impact to a different group/event. Admins can move impacts without changing the status of the impact and without having to go through the Move Impact workflow. If an impact has been verified but needs to be moved, the impact will stay verified if moved by the admin. Pending impacts moved by an admin will also stay pending.
