New Features and Enhancements 🚀

Embeddable Survey (Coming Soon – Beta)

Description: A new embeddable survey form is entering beta, enabling partners to configure and display surveys directly on external websites. This allows for flexible feedback collection across multiple platforms without requiring users to navigate to GivePulse.

The beta release will include the core functionalities demonstrated in the American Values Study, including:

• Multiple question types (e.g. dropdown, multi-select, text input, text area)
• Anonymous response capture
• Embed-ready script for seamless site integration
• Optional admin notifications after submission

Availability: This feature is in limited beta and will be made available to select partners soon. Broader rollout will follow based on feedback and testing.

Shift & Ticket Builder Improvements

Description: Event organizers can now group form sections, configure dropdowns, and apply overlapping registration rules more easily when creating shifts or tickets.

 

How to Use: From your Group Dashboard, select Manage Events > Edit > Registration Settings. Follow the flow and look for new options in form sections and registration settings.

Follow-Up Fixes & Enhancements 🔁

These updates refine or complete enhancements first introduced earlier this month:

• Cover Image Uploads: Addressed additional edge cases affecting mobile and timesheet uploads. Now stable across devices.
• Overlapping Registration Alerts: Fixed bugs in guest flow and registration counts to improve accuracy.
• Predictive Search Results: Now correctly respect event limits and subdomain privacy across all registration types.
• Stripe Payment Failures: Added support for more descriptive alerts and visibility in Admin > Payments.

Improvements and Bug Fixes 🧰

• Accessibility: Added aria-describedby for help text fields to improve screen reader context.
• Impact Workflow:
  • Fix for predictive results to respect subdomain and privacy settings.
  • Temporary state for file uploads now correctly displays in timesheets.
  • Fix for being blocked when toggling between timesheets and standard impact flow.
• Registration:
  • Overlapping registration setting now fully functional and respected across guest and authenticated flows.
  • Shift picker registration count fixed.
• Event Management:
  • Classic view bug that hid course tabs is resolved.
  • Cover image uploads now work consistently across mobile and desktop.
• API & Backend:
  • Added endpoint for GET Event/{id}/items for ticketed events.
  • Stripe failure alerts now trigger email notifications for failed payments.
  • Refactored predictive registration logic for improved speed and reliability.
