Follow-Up Fixes and Enhancements 🚀

Add Impact (Mobile App): Audio Recording

Description: The Add Impact workflow has been enhanced to allow users to record and attach audio directly to their impacts. This new capability supports richer storytelling, accessibility, and on-the-go reflections without requiring typed input. The workflow also includes updated file selectors, voice-to-text support, and optimized navigation to improve the mobile impact logging experience.

How to Use: From the mobile app, open the Add Impact workflow. When you reach the Leave a reflection step,  select the Record Audio option, grant microphone permissions if prompted, record your message, and attach it before submitting your impact. You can preview your recording before saving.

Timesheet Export & Certificate Download

Description: Admins can now export impacts and download certificates directly from the Timesheet View, making reporting and compliance faster and easier.

How to Use:
From the Group Dashboard, go to Impacts > choose an Impact > Action. Use the new export button to download impacts or certificates.

Dashboard: Pending Survey Invitations

Description: Pending survey invitations now appear prominently on user dashboards, helping increase participation and response rates.

How to Use:
Log into your dashboard and view the “Pending Surveys” section. Click an invite to start completing the survey directly.

Additional Enhancements 🔁

• Impact Workflow: Hours fields now auto-sync with start and end dates for improved accuracy.
• Custom Fields: Improved display and validation for measurement-based custom fields.
• Guest Access: Guests can now confirm impacts more easily using the “Did You Attend?” workflow.
• User Dashboards: Higher resolution profile images and a refreshed layout for a cleaner experience.

• Improved heading structure in the Impact Flow for screen readers.
• Enhanced keyboard navigation and screen reader behavior on public group pages.

• Verifier fields now save properly during impact submissions.
• Fixed course selection and deselection logic.
• Resolved leaderboard errors.
• Fixed date and time validation inconsistencies.
• Corrected breadcrumb navigation for guest users.
• Internship grid event titles now display correctly.
• Subscription email links fixed for failed payment notifications.
• Timesheet page URLs now work regardless of capitalization.
