Predictive Search in Impact Workflow

Description: Predictive search has been expanded across the Impact Workflow, helping users quickly find relevant causes, categories, and organizations.
How to Use: When adding or editing an impact, begin typing in the organization or cause field—GivePulse will auto-suggest results based on historical and nearby activity.
Impact Comments (Admin View)

Description: Admins can now view and manage comments directly on the impact detail page for better communication and verification context.
How to Use: Click on an impact to view it's public page. Scroll down and begin typing in the comments text field. Click Comment to submit your comment.
Leaderboard Points in Group Management

Description: Admins can now view leaderboard points from the group’s Manage Impacts page.
How to Use: Navigate to the Manage Impacts Grid and use configure layout to enabled the Points column.
Dispute Emails - Custom Template

Description: Disputed impacts now support a custom email message, giving admins better control over communication tone and content.
How to Use: Go to Customize Group Settings → Email Templates → Configure the “Impact Disputed” Email.
Breadcrumbs and Navigation Enhancements

Description: Breadcrumbs and improved headers now guide users through multi-step flows, improving clarity during impact submission or editing.
How to Use: These load automatically in the New View when navigating multi-step Impact workflows.
Public Tags in Registration

Description: Volunteers can now select public-facing tags when registering for an event, improving search and visibility.
How to Use: During event registration, scroll to the new “Tags” field and choose from the list.
Minor Registration Fixes

Description: Improved logic for handling returning minors and duplicate registrations, especially via .csv import.
How to Use: No action needed—these changes apply automatically in both admin import and user-facing forms.
Timeslot Event - Excluded Dates

Description: Admins can now block timeslot registrations on holidays or closures by setting excluded dates.
How to Use: Go to Event → Timeslot Settings → “Add Excluded Dates.”
Sunsetting of Classic View for Timeslots

Description: All event creation and registration pages for timeslots are now redirected to New View.
How to Use: No action needed if you’re already using New View. Classic forms are now hidden or redirected.
Save Draft for Carnegie Elective Pilot

Description: Drafts for document uploads in the Carnegie Sustainability Pilot can now be reliably saved.
How to Use: When uploading required documents, select “Save Draft” to store partial responses.

- Service Transcript Time Fix: Resolved time display issues in impact transcripts.
- Impact Page Image Display: Fixed images not showing in list view.
- Group/Event Duplication Display: Removed redundant organizer entries.
- Fix for Deleted Users Crashing Batch View: Removed duplicate organizer names on pages.
- Authorizenet Refresh Token Bug Fixed: Fixed payment issue where recurring donations failed.
- Mobile App: Users can now register for shifts that were previously giving errors on the Mobile app.
Accessibility Improvements ♿

Screen Reader Support – Homepage Sections
Home screen regions like “Recent Impacts” and “Opportunities” now announce properly for screen reader users. - Modal Navigation: Arrow key and scrollbar navigation restored for all registration modals.

If you haven’t already, switch to new view to gain familiarity with the new re-designed Timeslot pages. All core pages now redirect.
