View and Download Impact Attachments
- Description: Users can now view and download files attached to impacts, improving visibility for administrators and verifiers.
- How to Use: Visit the Impact detail view and scroll to the Attachments section. Click on the attachment to download.
New Dispute Modal for Impacts
- Description: A new user-friendly interface now allows users to submit disputes on impacts directly through a modal popup.
- How to Use: Click the "Dispute" button on an impact, fill in the form, and submit.
Fundraiser Creation Migrated to New View
- Description: Fundraisers can now be created through the New Event Workflow. Fundraiser settings like goals and countdowns are consolidated into one streamlined step.
- How to Use: Go to Add Event > Select Fundraiser as event type > Follow unified setup process.
Note: The fundraiser will not be publishable until a payment gateway is set up. Supported gateways include Stripe, Authorize.net, Touchnet, and PayPay Giving Fund.
Overbooking via Add Registrant Page
- Description: Admins can now manually overbook events if overbooking is allowed at the group level.
- How to Use: Navigate to Add Registrant page > Add User even if event is at capacity.
Predictive Search Enabled on Subdomains
- Description: Predictive search has been extended to subdomains using the New Add Impact workflow.
- How to Use: Go to Account > Settings > Enable New Add Impact Workflow.
Manage Grid Payment Filters
- Description: You can now filter and export payment/payout records by custom date ranges in the Manage Grid.
- How to Use: Navigate to Manage > Payments or Payouts > Apply date filter > Export.
Public Impact Privacy Update
- Description: To improve performance and reduce bot activity, guest users can now only view publicly shared impacts. Group members still see all relevant data.
- How to Use: No action required—this is applied automatically.

- Custom Fields in Impact Workflow: Resolved issue where certain custom fields weren’t displaying between Classic and New View.
- Impact Workflow Date Validation: Users can no longer set only a start or end time—both are required for submission.

- Go to Account > Settings and toggle Enable New Add Impact Workflow to test out predictive search, custom templates, and dispute handling.
Filtering Payments in Manage Grids
- When reviewing payments or payouts, apply a date range filter first to narrow results before exporting. This is especially useful for monthly reconciliation.
