New View Registration Detail Page
Description: The new Registration Detail Page is now fully live! This upgraded experience brings improved usability, visibility, and feature parity with Classic View. Admins and users can now:
- Tag registrants and assign supervisors
- View linked/related registrations
- Withdraw or cancel a registration
- View Google Maps-linked addresses
- Access calendar/resend tools and organizer info
- Experience improved accessibility and faster load times
How to Use:Â
For Admins: Manage > Registrations > Actions (next to registrant’s name) > View. The new Registration Detail page will open.
For Users: Navigate to Activity > Registrations > View Registration. You’ll see the new layout by default.

Outcomes API & EL Group Enhancements
Description: New updates to Classic APIs support deeper academic integrations and mobile app visibility.
- A new Outcomes API endpoint allows pulling registrant completion data for external systems like Banner
- GET /groups now includes is_el (Experiential Learning) flag for filtering
- Shift descriptions are now available via API

Registration Alerts & Predictive Search
Description: We’ve enhanced registration and search experiences:
- Alerts now notify users of overlapping event registrations
- Predictive search is now faster, cleaner, and respects privacy settings
- Affiliate-specific events are hidden when not relevant to the group
How to Use: Use any Registration or Add Impact Workflow—alerts and results appear automatically.

Donation Drives on New View
Description: Admins can create Donation Drives using the New View event creation process.
How to Use: From the Group Dashboard, go to Manage > Add Event > follow the event setup flow.

User Dashboard & Survey Enhancements
Description:
- A Timesheet Dashlet has been added to the user dashboard
- Surveys now include a scrollbar for the Carnegie application review interface to improve navigating responses
- Transcript view now displays the verifier email
How to Use: Enable the dashboard modules from your account settings. View surveys or transcripts via standard reporting tools.
