We've partnered with Authorize.net for users who prefer Authorize.net as their payment processor! This will help connect all existing Authorize.net users within GivePulse or create a new Authorize.net account.

Set up Authorize.net on GivePulse
To set up your Authorize.net account, from the Group Admin Dashboard, navigate to Payments > Bank Settings.
Once you've clicked on Bank Settings, you'll see two tabs where you can connect already existing Stripe or Authorize.net accounts. Select the Authorize.Net tab and click Connect Authorize.net.
This will re-direct you to Authorize.net's GivePulse site, where you can connect or create a new Authorize.net account.
Create a new Authorize.net account
If you would like to create a new Authorize.net account, you can review their plans and click on the yellow Sign Up Now button.
Connect an existing Authorize.net account
If you're already an Authorize.net account holder, scroll down on the new Authorize.net window, and click the following to sign in:
You'll then be prompted to enter your Authorize.net credentials:
After logging in with merchant credentials, Authorize.net will ask to authorize GivePulse to do transactions on your behalf. Once you click "allow" your account will be set up, and you'll be redirected to GivePulse.
Enabling Donations using Authorize.net
After setting up your account on GivePulse, contact GivePulse Support (support@givepulse.com) to request the donations module be activated.
Fees
- Authorize.net typically takes 2.9% + $0.30 (depends on your contract)
- GivePulse charges 1% on donations and 1% + 0.99¢ per item for ticketing
- GivePulse will send an invoice to collect any fees due on a monthly basis. For questions on billing or your fees, you may contact support@givepulse.com.
