There are instances where you have multiple admins and coordinators. When something unexpected changes, you may need to review who made those modifications. You may do this via the Audit Log.
Audit Logs exist for tracking group setting changes, event changes etc.,
To access the audit logs of a group you may go to More Tools > Audit Log from within your group or event dashboard.
The audit log clearly displays when a change was made, which user made the change, and what exactly was changed.
