How to View Data Sync Logs

Data Syncing allows you to keep in sync your users (students, faculty or employees) and also allows you to sync courses and their rosters. 

To check if your courses/info are being synced, you can go to your management dashboard for your university. Click 'More Tools' from the left-hand Dashboard menu, and select 'Data Syncing'. 

Please connect with our support team if you are needing assistance with SFTP data syncing. 

From here, you can see when the data sync was last run, click on the dates to see the most recent files processed/when the file was last updated.
