Externals IDs allow users to capture and keep track of unique identifiers that exist outside of GivePulse. An external ID can be a student ID number, employee ID number, username, etc. External IDs can be captured during the onboarding process via manual upload or on an on-going basis via nightly sync. You can add the External ID field to your Manage Users screen via configure layout.
