Notice of Upcoming Changes to Timeslot Events

Effective February 27, 2025, we will begin discontinuing Timeslot Event creation in Classic View. We understand that many of you rely on this functionality, so we want to ensure a smooth transition and provide details on what to expect.

Timeslot Event Creation & Registration Functionality

The following functions will be available with the release of timeslot event creation in New View:

• Admins can create events that allow users more flexibility with scheduling.
• Admins can limit the number of volunteers per slot or day.
• Users can register for a single slot or multiple slots.
• Admins and users can view the number of other registrants in a slot.
• Admins can easily block out dates using the new excluded dates feature (Coming on March 27, 2025).
• Admins will be able to specify a minimum session duration while maintaining the flexibility of adjustable start times and slot increments (Coming on March 27, 2025).

The following timeline will be used to sunset Timeslot Event creation in Classic View and launch Timeslot Event creation in New View:
