- Click Settings located on the left-hand side of the page.
- Toggle Enable New Impact Workflow to Yes.

Key Differences in the New Add Impact Workflow
The New Add Impact experience introduces several enhancements designed to simplify impact tracking and improve data quality:
- Guest Add Impact Workflow Removed: All users must be logged in to submit impacts. This will ensure more secure and verifiable impact submissions.
- Predictive Search: When a user logs an impact, the system will suggest groups, events, or locations for the user in real time. Click HERE to learn more.
- Wizard-Based Flow vs. Single Page: The New workflow uses a step-by-step guide interface to help users complete each field accurately. Admins have the ability to customize which steps are required and/or skipped.
- Required File Uploads: Admins can now make file uploads required for certain impact submissions (e.g. verifications docs).
- Impact Date Field Changes: Some date flexibility options from Classic have been deprecated to reduce errors.
- Customization and White Labeling (Platinum, Give More, and Enterprise Tiers Only): Admins can customize default impact questions, including help text and field hints. Click HERE for more information.
