Scheduling individuals to one time events, ongoing opportunities and in a calendar are important facets to managing who will be where and when.

GivePulse offers the admin to manually register individuals and groups to events or the ability to empower individuals to self select times on a calendar.

As an admin you may create events (one time, recurring, random dates or ongoing) with or without shifts, to enable individuals to see all the choices to register.

Admins may also define an event with Timeslots enabling a structured calendar for individuals to see what the availabilities are and to self select when they plan to attend. Below is an example of how a calendar can look like when multiple people are selecting timeframes they will be attending:
