Event administrators can enable group reservations for events to allow users to request spots for a large group of volunteers.

How to Enable Group Reservations for an Event
To enable group reservations for an event, navigate to the Event Admin Dashboard for the event and click Edit > Registration Settings.
Activate Group Reservation Requests, then click Save.
Note: Admins can also toggle if the fields Email, T-Shirt Size, and Gender are required fields to be completed by the group.
How to Manage Group Reservation Requests
After a user submits a group reservation request, an admin receive a notification to approve/deny the group reservation. To manage group reservation requests, navigate to the Event Admin Dashboard. Select Registrations > Reservations.
On the next page, you can view all group reservations for this event as well as their status. To approve a group reservation, click the Actions Dropdown menu and select Approve.
How to Add a Group Reservation on Behalf of a Group
Event administrators can also create group reservations on behalf of a group. On the Reservations page, click the blue Actions button and select Add Group Reservation.
Fill in the necessary details for the group reservation, such as the shift, number of spots, and the point of contact's contact information.
When the reservation is made, the group's point of contact will have a link to fill out all the members that will be attending or they may share the link for the whole group to fill out.
When the reservation is made, the admin may go into the "Reservations" section of the event and edit the details, cancel or resend the invite. Information about the reservation and the status of the reservation will also be displayed.
