Through GivePulse, you can directly contact a group/ event administrator.
To contact a group administrator, navigate to their group or event page. The administrator's name will be visible on the right-hand side of the page. (Note: To message an administrator, you will need to sign into your GivePulse account or create an account)
Click Message underneath the profile of the group or event administrator.
