There are instances when you need to edit the email of your users.
Note: You can only edit the email addresses of individuals who have not verified their email.
If the email has a typo, you can navigate to Users > Manage Users and click on a specific account you want to edit.
Or you can go to your Event Dashboard > Manage Registrations and click on the user's name and edit their email.
A user with a verified email address who needs to update or change their email can do so via their account page.
Red Line or red strike through the email means emails from GivePulse are no longer going to the user due to either the user marking GivePulse emails as Spam or emails bouncing due to the email being wrong or fake.
