Quick Notes

When managing your group and its members, we offer an ability called a "Quick Note" allowing an admin to label or add information to the volunteers for easier retrieval and means of searching and filtering. You can do this under Users> Manage Users.

In the case you wanted to label a group of members as "High Tech" or "Monday" volunteers, you can add this text in the Quick Note as shown: 



When labeling specific members you will now have the ability to search and filter individuals with the label in the Quick Note. When the filter or search is applied, you may do any of the following to the members displayed: 

• Message: Communicate with these specific members
• Export Data: Export all the data related to the members from the filter
