How to Access Custom Email Templates
From the Group Admin Dashboard, navigate to Customize > Email Templates:
There are several email templates are automatically generated for different functions (i.e. registration confirmation, event reminders, impact verified, etc). The email templates are either in Default or Custom mode. When an email template is in "Default" mode, the email templates have not been modified and are using the basic system defaults. When an email is updated, or modified, the status is updated to "Custom".
How to Create, Edit, and Test Custom Email Templates
To edit an existing email template, click the pencil icon next to the template. On the edit page, you have the option to customize the subject and body of the email.

After an email has been created and customized to your liking, you can click Show Preview to load a draft of the email template. Additionally, you can click Send Test Email to send yourself a copy of the email template.

Subgroup Email Templates
This feature is available to Give More a time-saving feature that allows Admins to easily send custom emails to specific subgroups without manual input. Choose from pre-made templates or create custom ones for efficient communication. This feature includes the ability to preview emails before sending to preview and proofread for accuracy.
