As the admin of a group of GivePulse, you'll want to navigate to your admin dashboard regularly to post opportunities, manage users, verify impacts, and more!

Note: If you do not have a group to manage, you can create a group for free, or find your group. If you are tax-exempt nonprofit, you are able to search for your group via your EIN or Tax ID.
Accessing Your Admin Dashboard
To access the admin dashboard, you must log in and be granted administrative access for a group. Once logged in, you can access your admin dashboard by clicking Manage in the Top Navigation Bar, then selecting the group you want to access.
Alternatively, the admin dashboard can also be accessed if you are already on your group's homepage.
New View:
In New View, click Manage > Dashboard located on the left-hand side of the screen.
Classic View:
In Classic View, click Manage located under the title of the group.
Overview of the Admin Dashboard
The admin dashboard allows you to access all the tools to manage your group of users, events and impacts. Specifically, you can access the following:
- Users (volunteers, donors, staff, and members)
- Events (single day and ongoing opportunities, fundraisers, and ticketed events)
- Impacts (hours served, dollars donated and outputs)
- Subgroups (programs and departments)
- Affiliations (partnerships)
- Plus surveys, custom fields and more!
Note: Access to some features/settings and the general layout of the admin dashboard are dependent upon your group's subscription level and group type (NPO, Municipality, Higher Ed, etc.).
Below is a description of each section of the admin dashboard:
Left Navigation Bar: Manage all aspects of your group and toggle group settings.
Alerts: Administrative items that need your attention or review.
GivePulse Alerts: Important messages from GivePulse to group admins.
Share: Promote your group on several different social media platforms!
Upcoming Events and Calendar: Displays events that are coming up for your group and links to access the event pages.
Quick Stats, Point Leaders, and Recent Activity: An overview of your group’s activity and engagement with users.
