Export Affiliates

If you are an admin, looking to export a list of affiliates/community partner(s), you can do this in Manage Affiliations. 

Navigating to your Admin Dashboard > Network > Manage Affiliations

From your Manage Affiliations page, you can Configure Layout to the desired columns, and in the top right corner of the page, there is a Blue Actions button > Export. After you click 'Export', you can select Visible Columns > Export and you will receive a .csv file of your exported affiliate groups.

To help our users analyze their affiliates’ activities in a specified timeframe, we built the Manage Affiliates Filter Export Bar.

Show Everyone - If you hit Export after selecting a specified date range and "Show Everyone", GivePulse will send an export that shows all affiliates with updated quantities in the “Shared Members”, “Shared Impacts”, and “Shared Hours” columns corresponding to the date range selected. 

Exports - Once you hit Export, you will see a splash message at the top that confirms your export is in the queue. 

Filter Condition - If you hit Export after selecting a specified date range with a filter condition, GivePulse will send you the export that shows only the affiliate information that fits the conditions selected.  

Because I am filtering by Shared Impacts > 0 between the date range we selected, the export only shows two affiliates that fit the filter condition and the date range selected.
