Sort & View Shifts
By clicking the column headers in Edit Event > 2 Details, you can sort the Shift Name, Start Date, or other Column headers by toggling sort from ascending to descending or descending to ascending.
Admins have the option to Save Views and use Configure to show or hide columns to help with organizing the shift.

Once you have edited your shifts to your liking, the Event Settings tab allows you to decide how your shift event will look. If you have many shifts you would not like to display all at once, you can hide them by toggling the "Display Shift on Event Page" setting to "No".
Here you can choose shift ordering or the default view.

Please note that once the event's shifts are hidden, a user will only be able to see the shift dates once they have clicked the green "register" button.
Shift Lock Codes
Lock Code shifts are another level of security for admins when listing an event. Adding a lock code is essentially adding a passcode to the shift. When participants register for these events, they will need to input the code to successfully register. Lock codes can be customized for each shift. Click here to learn about creating event lock codes.
Subscription Note: Lock Codes are available starting at the Give Joy subscription level.

The screen will then display the uploaded data file. Click "Continue" after checking that the data has been uploaded successfully.
The shifts will then upload onto GivePulse. Make sure you see this banner at the top of the screen to ensure that your data has uploaded.
To export shifts, select the shifts you want to export, then click "Export".

How to Edit Multiple Shifts via Shift Import
If you have multiple shifts you want to update at one time, this can be completed with a shift import. First, export the shifts into a CSV file. The CSV file will contain a column of Shift IDs, which should not be edited. All other columns can be edited as needed.
Once you have edited the information you want to update for each shift, you can return to the import shifts page to import the file. The system will search for the existing shift ID and sync the updated information.
